Poor Farmer he lost a bet and had to ride to the entire 60 minutes without a saddle. Remarkably he still beat 14 guys.
Unlike last year there was no mud but we had some really good racing thanks to Brad White, Michael Wissink and Tom Burke (just out of the picture) those guys clearly made it hard on everyone else and made me really happy I choose not to race
East Grand Rapids high school played in it’s 5th State Championship game in a row and won. It’s a remarkable feat that only one other school in Michigan has accomplished. The community support is just as remarkable and it seemed like the entire town was at the game last night. Love this town.
No matter how bad your day, you can wrap that problem up with bacon and the problem is solved.
This was right before Luke practiced his presentation in front of Steph, Cam and I. He’s going to do great.
I’ve been shooting, but not posting, so I’ve got some catching up to do. The project ends 13 days from now, and I need to finish strong.
The happiest three-legged dog I’ve ever met. Okay, the only one I’ve met, but he really didn’t seem to burdened by losing a leg.
Anytime you get to shoot wearing a lab coat you know you’ve made it. Wish I could have kept the hat. It was stylin’.
Powerpoint is a thing of the past. Luke is presenting his book report in a program called Prezi – The Zooming Presentation Editor. If this is what they are doing in 3rd grade, I can’t imagine where they will be in 10 years.
The best part of shooting pro cycling is the looks on some of these guys’ faces. On days like this I’m glad I don’t get paid to ride my bike.
The expo was great fun. We sold lots of Soigneur product and the booth next to us was putting on bike trainer sprints. Nice to always have a crowd around.
Amber is one of the yoga instructors at the new Funky Buddha Hothouse. It’s a favorite portrait and I’m so glad they picked this one.
On Halloween it’s a costume on any other day it’s just a dog wearing a hat. Nothing to see here.
